Code of Conduct | 1. Anti-Corruption/Bribery Provision & Prevention | 1. All executives and employees should not offer briberies to any third parties (public institutions/ stakeholders): gifts, entertainment, travel, and employment of relatives 2. All executives and employees should not use their positions to request any form of bribery including money and entertainment 3. They shall not illegally use or embezzle the company’s money |
Whistleblowing | 1. All executives and employees must report any violations of the company’s code of conduct, including anti-corruption and bribery, through the internal reporting (via telephone or report) 2. The identity of the whistleblower must be kept confidential and protected against retaliation of the company, individuals, or departments. 3. Upon receiving the whistleblowing report, the corresponding department shall conduct an investigation, report its result, and take a disciplinary action. |

We shall consider environment, safety, and healthy management as the core assignment of the company while prioritizing environmental safety throughout the entire process, including product design, production, use, and disposal.02
Every member of the Company shall fully comply with all the regulations, laws, and requirements and continuously receive and offer education and training for prevention of accidents related to environment and safety.03
We shall establish and implement the advanced environment, safety, and health management system as well as the PMS system for efficient use ofvarious resources and energy, prevention of environmental pollution and safety accidents, and maintaining of workplaces to be safe and pleasant.04
We shall openly communicate with adjacent companies, local residents, customers, and shareholders through our RC activities and fulfill our social responsibilities.01
