PNL ASSY-DASH COMPLETE

It separates the engine room and passenger room, and is a structure that supports the front body load. In particular, it requires functions such as soundproofing, dustproofing, watertightness, and insulation compared to the passenger room. A COWL CROSS BAR is installed for assembling the interior materials. Hot stamping molding technology is applied to improve the performance of the skeletal structure.

PNL ASSY-F/APRON & MBR COMPLETE

It is an important skeletal member in the front of the body, absorbing shock in the event of a frontal collision and absorbing and transmitting input load from frontal road vibration during driving. It has been made lightweight by applying aluminum die-casting and extrusion materials, and mechanical fastening such as SPR, FDS, and REW is applied as an assembly method between aluminum and steel products.

PNL ASSY-CTR FLOOR COMPLETE

It is a structure that protects the passenger space in the event of a frontal or side collision, and must block water, dust, heat, noise, etc., and is equipped with parts such as seats and driving/exhaust/braking systems/EV batteries. To secure structural rigidity, lightweight materials and new forming methods such as CFRP, aluminum extrusion, die casting, hot stamping, and roll forming are applied.

PNL & MBR ASSY-RR FLR COMPLETE

As the main skeletal member at the rear of the vehicle, it protects the passenger space in the event of a rear-end collision or rear-side collision, and is equipped with a REAR SEAT, fuel tank, EV battery, etc. To secure rigidity and reduce weight, lightweight materials and new forming methods such as hot stamping, roll forming, aluminum extrusion, and die casting are applied.

Fender&Member

Front Door & Rear Door

It is located on the side of the vehicle and separates the interior and exterior of the car when passengers get in and out, and protects passengers from side external impacts. To reduce weight, aluminum plates and aluminum extrusions are applied, and lasers, SPR, and aluminum SPOT are applied for bonding.

PNL & HINGE ASSY-HOOD

It determines the design of the front of the vehicle and acts as a shock absorbing structure to protect the engine room and reduce pedestrian injuries. For weight reduction, aluminum plates and SPR for bonding are applied. The clamshell structure (design absorbed to the side of the fender) was applied for the first time in Korea to satisfy the design expandability of luxury vehicles.

PANNEL ASSY-TRUNK LID

It determines the design of the rear of the vehicle and serves as a cover for the space that protects the cargo. To reduce weight, aluminum plates and aluminum extrusions are applied, and SPR, aluminum SPOT, and BRAZING are applied for bonding.
